金瓜小松糕

Pumpkin Puteri Ayu Cake (Kuih Seri Ayu) Easy Recipe

材料 :

2粒 雞蛋

50克 糖

100克 金瓜(切片,蒸熟,压成泥)

30毫升 食油

80克 中筋面粉

1/2茶匙 泡打粉

1/4茶匙 苏打粉

做法:

1. 预热蒸锅,,把蒸锅里的水煮沸。

2. 蛋加入砂糖,打发

3. 加入南瓜泥和油拌均。

4. 最后加入过筛的自发粉,泡打粉,苏打粉搅拌均匀

5. 即可倒入模型,然后大火蒸15分钟

6. 取出小松糕,待冷后便可脱模食用

Practice:
